It's been long since I am unable to stop thinking.
- Non stop content consumption
- Brain is always occupied with something random
- Kind of addicted to phone, screen, earphone.
What about you, do you also feel the same way and how do you over come it?

Best way is to have a friend circle and your loved ones.Engage in quality times with them, take care of your loved ones,engage in fun activities with ur friends like play any sport,take a walk, visit places,weekend trips, plan a vacation together to favourite places etc.Activities may vary a/q to person but bottom line is to avoid screen time and engage with person whom you care about and want to spend time with.I know this bcz I am also facing the same issue.
