There are lots of factors like age, which city you are working in, what kind of responsibility you have. I am in my early 30' and I feel hungry for making money. Currently bachelor so WLB does not matter that much but once I get ingage I think WLB become important. So I will put it like this. In India in tier one city in your thirty you should earn 30 lakhs In 40's 40L in 50's 50L so on and this is atleast.

2 things I believe

1: number of people depending on your income. 2: number of years you want to work.
