How do you deal with loneliness after college

All my friends are not with me anymore, I was working on my hobby project which turned out to be successful but took me additional 1 semester to complete my degree. I also had very very little number of friends. Juniors are good and some of them are really nice and I like hanging out with them. But now I will be graduating in few months and already scared of being lonely, I'm already living alone but I actually meet people when I go to college. I ain't going to do job cuz I am doing well with my software project now.
