Trending @Infosys; How do you complete a mid year pitstop, I've updated all the goals in icount, now what to do, close the goals or something else?
Don’t close manager will complete that this is mid year goal only
I closed it what will happen?
I move some goal put comment and move into in progress but one new goal i try to add new which manager still not approved as today is last day to fill , if he will not approve what to do in that case as untill he will not approve I cannot give comment
You just need to update the progress (Update Progress). Edit option will the send your goal for mangers approvals. Close option will close your current goal, in this case either your manager will create new goal for you or reopen the goal. Finally, It’s a mid year appraisal, so they have removed Submit option. The current goals and progress will be carried forward till final year.
Call you manager on teams and share screen and manager will guide you.
