How do you balance?

Hi folks. I’ve graduated recently from one of the top IIMs and after joining the workforce I realised how invasive work life has become. This is my first time working in corporate and it feels like hell. I do work in IB and know that it’s an industry specific problem but I’ve heard similar accounts from my friends in relatively chill roles as well, like working late nights, working on weekends etc. Just wanted to understand how normal this is in other fields and how can I find workplaces where weekends would be mine? Any tips would be appreciated.
