How do we stop these pop-ups on HDFC bank app? 🤯
I'm loosing my mind everytime I open this god forseken HDFC app. I need to because this is my primary account.
Others using HDFC app, is there any way to stop these annoying pop up ads? 1 or 2 is fine but they show up everytime we click something 🤦🏻

Having said that I believe they focus on JTBD and not on experience. Their rivals on other hand like ICICI has really upped their game.

I interviewed someone from their digital products (mobile app) team once. Oh, the arrogance! Apparently they do ui audit and prototyping and what not. That or he had read enough youtube videos to BS. All I kept thinking was agar itna kiya to why does the product suck 🤣🤣, didn't hire him ofc!

Don't use inferior product or services just cause they're your "primary bank", vote with your wallet, maybe each of their users don't give a fuck about this bank's messed up systems.
they're one of most unethical bank, discriminates customer on basis of strings one can pull or time spend roaming around.
There are much much banks in India at the very least they just discriminate on basis of customer's wealth. 🤣
