I'm loosing my mind everytime I open this god forseken HDFC app. I need to because this is my primary account.
Others using HDFC app, is there any way to stop these annoying pop up ads? 1 or 2 is fine but they show up everytime we click something 🤦🏻

Idk who is design lead for the app or web - they both have been infamous for very outdated designs and exp. sometimes I think there isn’t any design team in bank. Having said that I believe they focus on JTBD and not on experience. Their rivals on other hand like ICICI has really upped their game.

Don't use inferior product or services just cause they're your "primary bank", vote with your wallet, maybe each of their users don't give a fuck about this bank's messed up systems.
they're one of most unethical bank, discriminates customer on basis of strings one can pull or time spend roaming around.
There are much much banks in India at the very least they just discriminate on basis of customer's wealth. 🤣
