Trending @Accenture; How do we see the hikes or appraisals in coming mid year cycle i.e. May-June 2024? As there were no hikes given in Nov 2023, is Accenture going to cover it during mid year 2024? Or there is no plan at all.
Go to rewards.accenture.com and in the reward section you can select the recent time period and see the base and variable pay.
I think you didn't understand the question properly. I am asking about the hikes happening in coming mid year. If we can expect hikes or not
Think will get in November only , June will get only promotions if you are eligible for promotion then you will get hike in June with promotion
Agreed I don’t think anything will be happen. If you stop receiving call from manager on weekends. So there will be less chance again your name will be promote.
I dont think anything is gonna happen. There will be one slot for promotion in entire project in a yr and they will promote there favs.
Looking at the performance of the company in the first 2 quarters, forget mid-year hikes, the annual ones are also highly unlikely!
They will give promotions and hikes as well don't worry
