How do we begin her career again?
A few months back, I had posted here with a request . I still carry guilt about not being able to support my wife in restarting her career. We received encouraging feedback from the Grapevine community and tried several options returnship programs at SAP, IBM, Zoho, and more but unfortunately, nothing has worked yet. We’re now confused and unsure about how to begin again. Any advice or suggestions would mean a lot to us. Thank you.

If your wife is really interested then there are many remote jobs for python AI / ML developer.

I would suggest starting a side hustle or two which offers flexibility. Tuitions/coaching, remote jobs as a consultant/freelancer etc. Maybe even a small business if she's up for it.
Job market is shit, it's a waste of time just pursuing interviews and not other avenues
