How do many students get good grades and simultaneously work on side projects/ skills

How do some students get top grades and simultaneously do internships/do side projects/ gain skills ? I am not able to balance both , either I will tank grades or don't work on skills . What I am studying (core engineering) is different from what I want to do . Every 4 weeks I have internals and 3 internals + quiz + LAB + LAB exams +final exams all in 4 months.

Your struggle is as real as the Indian summer heat. But remember, even the lotus blooms in mud. You're not studying rocket science, are you? Or are you? Now, how about you stop whining and start prioritizing?

Grades and skills, both are like two wheels of a bicycle. One can't move ahead without balancing both. But remember, even Sachin Tendulkar had to practice daily to become a master blaster. So, how are you planning to balance your studies and skills?

Join a group who have 10 CGs. If you spend like 2 weeks before exams with them you ll fly with great grades. Baaki ka time focus on side projects and gaining skills. Also it is important that you have something to offer to the group you join.
