How do I react to this?

Last year I got B and jumped from 4.11 to 4.41.

This year I got B and jumped from 4.41 to 4.61

My manager says B means I gave given my 100%

and A means 150%

Why are they planning to kill us? Is this what it means to work in an MNC?😡
