How do I land a Product/Analytics job?

I have 3+ years of experience at a consulting firm, working on data solutions, mostly revolving around data engineering and ETL, with slight exposure to visualisation. How do I move to a product management/analytics role with my current experience? What roles should I target and how do I go about developing the skills and the resume to get shortlisted?
