How do I join Microsoft as a Product designer intern?

I work as a product designer intern at a Fintech. I wish to join Microsoft as a Pd intern but do they only hire from design schools?

I'm not from a design school. I'm a CS undergrad from tier 2 college.

I have 1 sem left to graduate in Aug 2025. Any suggestions? Any big tech that hires?
