So i have been doing my job well for more than 3 years, got promoted once as well, for the last 2 years i am not getting promoted and as you know the hikes are next to nothing. i was hoping to get a promotion this time but seems like that may not happen, and I'll have to slog even more to get that promotion, i am getting frustrated and thinking of leaving this company for good, even another service company would atleast give me 30-40% hike at the very least. But how do i resign not sure what is stopping me, can anyone help me get out of this shithole.
Just go to the e-separation portal and initiate. If you keep thinking about it, you can never do it. Take help from someone mature and rational.
Think and stay positive. Have some funds as backup. And take the risk.
Pain of Regret later is very difficult to bear when you know that you let it go away when you had the chance.So do not hesitate
