Trending @Accenture; How do i get a project if i have a lot of experience outside

I’m a java dev L12 on bench because I’m a fresher. But I’ve got a lot of experience building full stack apps and know multiple programming languages and tech stacks. Coming to spring, i understand almost every concept because I’m used to building the same things in other languages. I even added node, react, typescript, python as secondary skills but it’s no use.
