Google, Microsoft, Uber

It's chill, but you really question if you could be doing more. I guess the grass is always greener on some side.

Google & Microsoft India are proper 'rest & vest' companies. Good to join after you are 35 or so but join before that & you would be sacrificing career growth. I joined as a SWE last year(age : 29) & am regretting it. But yeah, need to be careful when joining Indian startups as apart from a few most have terrible culture.

I loved my previous employer, which also happened to be my first employer (mid-size tech company). Treated employees like family. Decent pay and working hours. Supportive people and a good work culture. I'd love to return back some point of time.

I am an SDE who recently moved to a new company after working close to 2.5yrs in a startup where the culture is similar to what you described above, add to that, there is no planning.
My new workplace is one of the better places to work IMO, they give decent salary(better than the Bengaluru avg. for an SDE) and prioritise employees' health over deadlines.
One way to choose a good workplace is to identify how patiently they invest in a new joiner. My previous company wanted me to get going in first 2 days of my joining and the CTO(who happened to be my manager) started micro managing. In my current company, at the time of joining, my hiring manager had clarified there is no hurry in delivering results. The deliverables should voluntarily come from your end. Also, expectations from my end wear mentioned at the beginning which I felt were very practical.

Join TCS

Join in a good mnc bank's back office operations ( preferably uk/europe company) . Once you become team leader/ manager , you can chill for lifetime at above average pay 70-90k per month , then do a little bit politics and try to become AVP/VP/director π ( which will obviously take a decade and loyalty to the organization).
You only have to manage people and get the work done from them and maybe take 2-3 meeting a day! Since , it's back office operations deadlines and targets are pretty easy to achive . Nowadays there are AVP/VP in every department , achievable target!

Kaunse mnc bank back offices are you referring to here ? And do you mean softwar dev teams or finance back office

Back office work that is outsourced to india primarily in banks like aml - kyc , software support, lending/loans etc. Non customers facing jobs , backend support . Eg - bny mellon, jp morgan, rbs , standard chartered.
