How do I deal with a taxing phase in my daily job?
So I jumped companies a little less than a year ago. I’m someone who is pretty ambitious about my career. I’ve sort of always been this way, the typical overachiever and I enjoy it. But recently, my day to day work has become more intense and really technically challenging. I’m seeing myself slip up and make mistakes that I normally would never do. The thought of working frustrates me and I constantly feel like I’m drowning. My team is open to conversations about stress at work but I don’t want to talk about this to my managers because I don’t want to risk my career growth. I have a little more than a year and half’s worth of experience, I’m not sure how to navigate this situation. Any advice from those who’ve been here before?

No one can perform with 100% efficiency all the time. At the end of the day we are human beings.
It's ok to discuss(not complain) the work pressure with your manager. He/she will definitely help you if they are a leader.
