How do I cope with the challenges of Pregnancy while maintaining professionalism?
I am currently expecting, and while I am overjoyed about this new chapter in my life, I've also been facing some unique challenges in balancing my personal and professional responsibilities.
I believe that some of you have been through similar experiences, and your insights would mean the world to me.
I had a few questions on:
-
When and how did you choose to disclose your pregnancy to your colleagues and superiors?
-
How did you handle any potential changes in workload or responsibilities?
-
How do you stay energized and focused during the workday, especially in the later stages of pregnancy?
I understand that everyone's experiences are unique, but I believe your advice and insights can provide valuable guidance during this exciting but sometimes challenging time. Please feel free to share some stories that you're comfortable with.

I really hope my people support me at this crucial juncture.
Well said. The idea is keeping all stakeholders informed. Generally, they will understand.
Hey congratulations!!!
PS going through something similar.
When did you tell your superiors.. I'm just 7 weeks in and struggling to balance work, hospital visits and nausea.
I can totally understand. It’s very hard.
I told them plain and simple.
I am expecting. So wishing for the best.
First to my manager and then to the HR. there are clear processes here so it was not an issue
Hoing it's as easy for me.. I'm most worried about people saying things like women don't work.. Heard it once about someone, now I'm hoping I work extra hard when I can! 😌
