🥲 How do I compete with someone who has more YOE than me?

I'm facing a tough time finding a gig in Graphic Design. I've tried everything, from working at agencies to being an in-house designer. Whenever I get an interview, it goes really well, but when it comes to the final round, they always pick the other person just because they've got more years of experience. It feels like I'm stuck in a loop. I need experience to get the job, but I need the job to get experience, you know?

Any tips or is this just a luck game?
