How difficult is to get interview calls from EU countries by applying from India ?

I’m considering looking for a job in EU countries directly from India and would like some insights into the current job market there.

I understand that not all companies sponsor visas, so how difficult is it to get interview calls from India? Any tips to improve my chances would be highly helpful. Also, which countries are offering more opportunities to expats?

Currently, I work as a Business Analyst at Amazon , but my current level doesn’t support international relocation. I would have to wait another 2–3 years for that support, so my only option is to explore opportunities externally.
