How difficult is it to switch roles?
I have been working for 6 years, from which 4 years in Social Media management and due to my interest in client facing roles, I switched my career and got into Customers relationship management, but from now I want to go into Customer Success roles, but every interview that I have given so far has been rejecting me. I have upskilled myself with courses and knowledge about the roles. What can I do better to nail the next interview?
