How difficult is it to join back TCS after 6 months maternity leave

I have completed my maternity leave and am trying to join back but really no one's helping. I had to get transferred from my base location to nearby location so that I can look after my 7 month baby as well but my reporting RMG is not approving my transfer even though its approved by base location RMG. Reporting RMG is telling to get allocated to the project first then only they'll approve transfer. I am exhausting all my earned leaves because there is no use to report to the nearby office as RMG will not approve my LERF form .Getting a project is another big challenge as no one is considering my situation they want me to report to the office all days which will affect my baby as he is too small. Can someone suggest what I do or any project opportunities are there .
