How difficult is it to get a WFO exception approved for a day?

I know it will depend on the supervisor, but the question is if they are doing it in routine it might not be a big deal.

So what's the trend guy's are you applying and getting it approved in general or is it like supervisors are told not to approve strictly without genuine reasons.
