I am confused should I join delivery services or join Indian entities as a privacy consultant. How different would be the projects, culture, growth opportunities for a consultant.

For consultant level, as long as your getting paid well there won’t be any big difference. Culture growth and opportunities are always depends on your line manager / team / practise - this can never be defined on overall organisation
