How did you move out of your service based company?

There is a great insecurity in service companies that we are not competent enough to switch to other companies . Especially TCS.

If you were such a person in the past and if you managed to switch companies, how did you do it? What technology are you currently working on?

I was in a devops consulting startup. Switched in 1.8yrs approx to PBC. This was in late 2022. I did it by applying to companies specifically where my experience would help. Didn't apply via referrals at all. Had gotten around 4 offers that time. Decided to join unicorn startup
