Trending @Accenture; How can we negotiate 3 months notice period?

I have got amazing offer from other company. But my 3 month notice period is something that's stopping me from joining. Can you guys suggest me

Still it depends on manager and project the person is working at. What if the resource is billable? Lets say USD.

Usually ASE can exit easily they don't have much liability I guess

If you have earned leave balance then you can use that.Talk with case manager and HR first.Then they will ask managers approval.

Highly likely Accenture management won't negotiate on notice period terms, you can tell them that they've agreed to 60 days and score the offer letter and leverage it to get even better offers, in the end tell them you're a valuable asset to the team hence they can't cut short the notice, so tell them to wait for another month and you give them your word that you'd discard any other opportunities that be committed to join their organisation ( pretend )

Just become unproductive or go on bench. Thay will release you within a month.

It's not up to us; it's up to your manager. They can release you instantly, or they can extend it for 90 days.
