I am a management Consultant and recently somebody(from ATCI) from my project shifted to our practice. He is from a B school so the qualification criteria was met. After that we reached out to our MD and he spoke to his MD. after MD approval, he was HIRED LIKE ANY OTHER EMPLOYEE through the usual interview process.

You will have an identity crisis there and the learning is not that great. The tech practise doesn't align well with the Consulting KPIs as far as career growth is concerned.

Workday - career marketplace - searchjob- apply filter of consulting in job family and apply after looking for description. You need to complete a minimum of one year in ATCI to move out. After applying, you need to inform your supervisor. It is not necessary but recommended. You will have to go through 2-3 rounds if interview and need to join on the given date So you need to be free from your current project before joining date given by strategy
