How can we get our ctc restructured?

In my company I have only 33k as a basic component; the rest of the salary is under allowance and bonus. This is hurting me when I'm trying to get better compensation outside.

Please help me. How can I negotiate with my present company to restructure my salary to maximize my fixed component?

I know the present company has done it intentionally to avoid me getting a better offer outside.
