Trending @Accenture; How can we get a roll off from the current project?

I wanted the same thing for my project I tried to reach the manager but that was of no use I reached the senior manager and the director was still no use. Points to remember if you want to roll off

1. If you work well they will never give you a roll off and instead give you the worst and worst works so you can fix it and make it better.
2. Even if you know a HR it's of no use, in Accenture HR are literally of no use they won't help with the issues where you need the most support. 3)Be careful once you ask for the roll off that will affect your promotion status as well.

Its very simple. Reach out to your manager and ask him for this. If your role can be backfilled easily then it wont be a problem to roll you off.

Reach out to your manager and people lead and inform them the same. If they don't respond properly, remind them whenever required
