How can we get A/B bands?
What are the actual hacks by which we can get A/B band for promotion?
Anyone who got good rating or you know any suck tips. Please do share
I know it's completely depends on manager . But what we can do
Show off every work you do! Publish your wins! Ask client for appreciation mail and send to top bosses.. your boss and his boss get your visibility to the reviewer mark in speed. If you dont show what you are how will give you band B. It is not about not taking leaves or dependcy.
I agree here….. no matter how much work you are doing, SHOWING OFF IS IMPORTANT
EVEN IF YOU ARE PUTTING A SIMPLE FORMULA IN Excel sheet FOR some data task, Bring it like you wrote some high level script..:::

Be absolutely so freaking Project Critical that when you go on leaves there is chaos.
Then irrespective of your attitude they give you A or B band.
Plus, the clients loving you adds alot of brownie points. Good clients actually fight for you and put pressure. This too helps get A or B band
