I tried checking the rewards portal it only shows how much vp% we get. Where can we find the salary structure like Fixed and VP???

It shows both fixed pay and VP % with amount. but it doesn't confirm that you will get the full amount shown in the reward portal.

I started with 4.5 CTC and 3.5 fixed, after that promoted to C11 and fixed is 5.35 no idea on VP
