Trending @Accenture; How can we change the project asap?? And the location..
I am in Accenture since oct 2020 and since then my location is in gurgaon and I had apply for the location change they rejected from backend. And I m asking for the project in noida they are not giving that as well. I m fed up with this now..suggest me something.
Just give them a medical reason with supporting documents like you have disc issues and all due to which you can travel for long hours and need someone to take care of you at home.
Medical reason is the only thing will help you. Even family health concern reason won't be their worry for your transfer.
I am new in Accenture but this is sad to hear. Talking to your project lead/HR/Anyone from the leadership mat help?
Welcome to reality. No1 in Accenture can help you unless the project does or doesn't wants you. Most of them don't have authority nor willingness to take extra steps for employee convinence
I wish if that works....i tried that but that doesn't work
