Trending @Accenture; How can one switch from Accenture Technology to Accenture Strategy & Consulting?

Thanks for the input! I'd love to but somewhere down the line I feel that a manager wouldn't be willing to let go of a resource just because he/ she has shown interest. So, I doubt how willingly would a manager try to help me.
