Trending @Accenture; How can I take release from a support like project at Accenture

I was able to get myself rolled off from support proj which was having night shift using strong medical reason.

Even I need a suggestion

If you are an ASE, then you have to serve 3 months or around that before you change. But they wont just roll you off to bench because the project will still have to give you chargeability, moreover hr will Advise that you have a project before you roll off. On the top of that, the project should be ready to wait and have a requirement. Fyi.. projects dont release anyone immediately, even if they wanted to, everyone is tied by the process
