Trending @Infosys; How can I take a months leave??

Hi friends, is there any way I can take a month of leave from INFY ? Leave without pay is what I am looking for. What is it called in INFOSYS? Sabatical or leave of absence or what? How can I avail it ?

At Infosys, you can take a month's leave as Leave Without Pay (LOP). Discuss with your manager for approval. It's not called a sabbatical.
