How can I switch my role?

Hello everyone I am currently working as a Java developer in TCS. Is there any way by which I can switch from technical to non technical roles like PMO, RMG or any other management roles. My experience is around 1.5 - 2 years. If anyone has done this, your suggestions are welcomed.
