How can I switch from a customer centric role to a backend finance/ operation roles

I'm really keen on transitioning to backend roles like operation/ financial analyst, risk management, payments processing/ settlement analyst. Having less than a year of experience and my current role being customer centric and heavily sales driven, it seems impossible to get a role in the said fields. Even if I do manage to land in any of those roles, they're all entry level roles and the package is way less than what I'm getting now. It feels like I'm starting from the scratch all over again.

If anyone has successfully switched to backend roles from customer centric roles, I'd really like to use some advice or tips on how I can achieve this. I'm ready to do any certifications if they'll help me stand out more and get more visibility.
