In this case do we also have the right until the last working day to withdraw resignation even when wipro do not retain us?

If you wish to have an early exit and not serve the entire 3 months NP, get release from the project and then submit the resignation. Once you are on bench free pool, and not billable, they can let you go soon.

No they don’t they still have to serve the entire notice period. I am facing the same issue😔
