Replace it with a different addiction that doesn't dain your mental health. This is not an ideal advice and I'd recommend following it with caution.
In my 20s I replaced porn addiction with video games. I ended up getting addicted to gaming and I've played a ton of games. It didn't affect me as much as porn did. So, this worked for me. Maybe find out a different kind of addiction that doesn't allow you with time to watch porn.

Porn dekhna is ok, addiction is not. And porn dekh k hilana bhi ok h . But uske chakkar m time or kaam barbad karna not ok.
