How can I level up?

I’m 25 years old and have just started my first full-time job as a Management Trainee after completing my MBA. I’m earning around 12 LPA. However, I’m not fully satisfied with my current compensation, and I want to do everything within my capacity to grow and excel in my career. I would appreciate specific suggestions on how I can achieve this.

P.S.: I am not an engineer and am not working in a technical role. I intend to build my career in Sales, Marketing, and Strategy.
