How can I increase my salary from 19lpa to 30lpa in 1 year? Is it even possible?

I have total 3.5 YOE. Started my career in a WITCH company worked there in a dead end support project for 3 years with no skills at all. Then decided to switch to a Analytics role. Upskilled myself in SQL,Excel and Power BI and finally got an Analytics role. Now I have been learning here and its challenging but I am honestly hungry for more. I am planning to upskill in free time and switch again in a year or so. Now my questions is What skills should I master So as to make such jump in salary. From What I have seen Data or Business Analyst roles dont pay as much. I did try getting into Data Science but coding isnt just my cup of tea but I am ready to put in hard work if that can help me in future. Can someone Please answer?
