How can I improve my soft skills such as public speaking?

Hello GV peeps,

We all work so hard for our hard skills, I wanted to know how and what we’re doing to become better in our soft skills, viz: negotiation, persuasion, presentation, etc

I believe a combination of hard and soft skills is required to bring value to the table and only then I can command a 20-50% hike each time and lots of RSUs/ESOPs.
