How can I help my sister with her career direction?

My sister has completed a BBA + general PGDM role with Wipro. She is currently a Senior Executive – Global Benefits and Payroll Management and feels stuck. She isn't getting any offers elsewhere; she went to the last round at Deloitte and McKinsey. She is depressed, and since I’m not familiar with her field, I don’t know how to guide her. She sometimes gets rejected because of her 90-day notice period, and at other times because her skills are outdated since Wipro uses legacy systems.

I am trying to help her find matches to get married as well, to give her some direction, and I am also looking into other options like an MBA. She was a studious student with extraordinary academics during school, but she went to a tier-3 college and then joined Wipro, which I feel hasn’t helped her career.

Can you guys suggest ways that I can help her?
