How can I help my dad with his insurance business?
My dad has been side hustling as an insurance agent from last 25 years and now that he is retired, he is doing his insurance business for full time. He was doing it really good business when he was working as all his colleagues take financial advise from him. Now after retirement he is not able to find new leads, he does not want to sit idle and his desperation for leads is driving me crazy. He is very good with customisation based on goals and offering combination of policies. Marketing gurus, any suggestions?

+1 also create an IG page for your dad and monthly post few informative reels.
You can promote top performing reels to 4-5 km radius and that may get you some hot leads.

Make a website and social media page. Tell your dad to start making reels on stuff he's passionate about. Run targeted ads.

Kids who just graduated out of college, start with the parents who have already been onboarded by your father. If that is already done, then the friends of those kids.
If he is good in financial advise then start with SIPs for those kids which will be personalised to them. Then plug in the insurance piece.
