How can I get released from a project in TCS?

I have 2 years of experience at TCS, and I'm currently working on a web development project for [X]. They are making me work at least 15 hours a day, including Saturdays and Sundays. Initially, they promised to provide comp-off for the extra work, but now, as the next phase of development is starting, my manager is saying that comp-off is no longer possible. They are not bringing more people onto the project, and the workload is becoming unbearable for us. How can I get out of this project? I’m feeling completely exhausted.

Start putting 15 in billable. In ts. Once they come to know, it's compliance. And they will ask you. That time u clearly mention that u r forced to work 7 days and 15 hours continuously.. Hence u should get the compensation as per that and also ts is updated as per that

In TCS, things work smoothly only when there is escalation.. Managers too come to their senses after getting escalation

No one can force you to work beyond 9 hours. If someone is asking to work then ask for an email and forward that email to HR asking what is the workings hours per day in TCS. I’m sure your manager will never send you any mail asking for work beyond 9 hours.

Take as much leave as possible. Take sick leave frequently for the various reasons. And wait for the results. They may harass you with Band and ratings but you keep your words like you will work only 9 hours a day not beyond that.

Also never fall for a comp off trap. You’ll never get this in TCS. I repeat, it’s a trap created by all tcs managers.

Do everything well. Because like a hero in your project and on the very next day you will get released. If you are good at your work all the other associates will complain about anything like anything and you will get released.
