Trending @HCL; How can i get project release?
Hi Team, Recently i got one project..there they are not giving any support to work and no proper KT ..there they are asking to work from 9am to 11pm and to do work in weekends as well..i want release from this project..how can i approach and how can i get relese from this project? Requesting you please help 🙏🙏🙏 🤝
Do not entratain anything after 6pm, logout at 6pm and reply next day if anything comes to your plate. If your manager comes to you, make him clear as well. Speak to your manager's manager they will definitely help you out.
Also keep HR in cc in all email communications with manager's manager
9 to 11 , what wrong with HCL , from how long you are with hcl ?
Discuss with HR , they cannot force you till 11am .. Once you do that , you will get auto release
