How can I get into Consulting without an MBA?

Hi everyone, I'm seeking your guidance. I have done my btech in 2022 and started working as a software engineer in an IT services company. But within a year i realized that I'm good at business problem solving & love solving case studies and guestimates. So I moved internally to the Analyst Strategic Initiatives role at CXO's office & have worked in this role for 2 years.

How can I make my next move to some of the best consulting firms without an MBA? Or MBA is the only option

Ps: I'm preparing for CAT as well. Would love your guidance on this as well.
