Trending @Accenture; How can I get into a project immediately?

I have been on bench from past 1 year, and I am a fresher in Accenture , Bangalore Is there any chance I can get contacts of anyone who needs immediate ase in their project?. I have been texting many managers for an opportunity but I hardly get any replies from them.
