How can I get H1B LOTTERY IN TCS, WHAT IS THE PROCESS

I am told mine is rejected in the lottery a month ago.

Normally fresh nominations are done in the month of Feb and Mid March … after having all the relevant documents submission the nomination goes to lottery and result is out by April end… if it is selected then the rest of the process is shared otherwise no emails or nothing
