How can I get early release in HCL

Hi

I’m currently serving my notice period and 2 months of my notice period were completed. For the early release I already discussed it with my project head , delivery manager and my RM at the early stage itself.

When I pinged them multiple times to asking about early release they are seeing my message in teams but not responding.

Any suggestion on this, how to proceed further to get early release.

I’m ready for choose buyout option as well.

Check with your LOB HR to know more about buyout option. But i think early release needs to be approved by your RM first.

tell them you have some severe illness and are unable to sit at the laptop. Some friendly doctor will provide you a certificate with no problem.

It all depends on your relationship with the management

you can also do the same for few working hours you can disappear do not join calls or may be join late so that people will suffer and manager will wake up
