Route 1 - Do extremely well in your project build a client rapport, become most critical resource from infosys point of view. Once you reach tat stage tell client / your manager about your aspirations. And keep following up and make sure they know they will lose you if they don’t find something for you.
Route 2- Spend 7-8 years in infosys , keep begging for it , someday someone will get generous and give you that. Again you have to be one of the best resources.
Route 3- Dumb luck. You are in the right project at the right time and Clint wants you on-site .
Route 4 - apply for on-site IJP. Very difficult to get.
It’s most easiest to go on-site in your own project where you have spent some time. Provided they have opportunities opening up now and then.
you have to wait for a long time for that. A decade maybe
I don't think currently there are many such opportunities in Infy, even onsite people are on the bench.
